c0c0n 2026 will be held at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, Kochi, Kerala, India.

Training programmes and the main conference will operate from their respective designated areas. Please carefully check the reporting location shown above before arriving.

Conference Check-In

Whether you are attending the training programmes, main conference, or both, you are required to collect your Conference Badge to gain access to the applicable event areas.

• Conference ID / Registration Details
  • Please carry a soft copy or printout of your QR code or Registration Number to complete the check-in process.
• Check-In Counters
  • Please report to the appropriate Check-In counter according to the event and date.
  • After completing the check-in process, you will be directed to the Conference Badge / Delegate Kit collection counter.
  • Please follow the venue signage and directions provided by Team c0c0n.
• Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Please keep a valid Government-issued photo ID ready for verification.
  • Ensure that the name on your identification matches the name used for your c0c0n registration.
• Student Check-In
  • Participants registered under a student category should also carry a valid student identity card issued by their institution, where applicable.
• Conference Badge
  • Collect your badge after successful verification.
  • Wear your conference badge visibly at all times while inside conference and training areas.
  • Conference badges are personal and should not be transferred or shared.

• Reporting Location: The Residence, Grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi
• Check-In Counter opens from 08:30 hrs on 06 October 2026.
• Training timings: 09:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs, 06–08 October 2026.
• Please report sufficiently early to complete check-in before proceeding to your assigned training room.

• Reporting Location: Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Center (LBICC)
• Check-In Counter opens from 08:00 hrs on 09 October 2026.
• Conference timings: 09:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs, 09–10 October 2026.
• Please arrive early enough to complete check-in and badge collection before proceeding to the conference halls.
• Keep your Conference Badge visible while entering session halls, villages and other controlled event areas.

• Please retain your conference badge and follow the reporting instructions for your registered Post-Conference Training.

Conference Check-In at Hotel Reception Lobby

Where special arrangements are made for delegates staying at an official partner hotel, a designated desk may assist with Conference Badge and Delegate Kit / Swag collection. If your badge or kit is not received through the hotel desk, please collect it from the designated collection counter at the conference venue.

General Delegate Guidelines

• Wear your Conference Badge at all times within event areas.
• Present your badge whenever requested by conference staff, volunteers or venue security.
• Attend only the training programmes and activities covered by your registration.
• Follow all venue, safety and security instructions issued by Grand Hyatt and Team c0c0n.
• Please respect speakers, trainers, volunteers, fellow delegates and venue staff.
• Keep personal belongings, electronic devices and valuables under your supervision.
• For programme or schedule changes, please refer to official c0c0n communications and announcements at the venue.
