This year’s edition promises an engaging mix of training programs, insightful sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities with leading experts from around the globe.

The conference will be held at the iconic Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN

Whether you are attending the trainings, the main conference, or both, you are required to collect your Conference Badge to gain access to all conference areas.

• Conference ID
  • Please carry a soft copy or printout of your QR code or Registration Number (mentioned above) to complete the check-in process.
• Check-in Counters
  • Multiple check-in counters will be available at the Workshop Reception Area, Ground Level, Residence, Grand Hyatt.
  • After completing the check-in process, you will be directed to the conference badge collection counter.
  • You will also receive an SMS with your counter number on your registered mobile number.
• Government-Issued ID
  • Please keep a valid Government-issued ID card ready. This will be verified before issuing your badge. Ensure that the name on the ID matches your registration details.
• Collecting Your Conference Badge
  • Please collect your conference badge from the designated registration counter after verification. Kindly ensure you wear your badge at all times during the event for smooth access to sessions and venues.
• Training Day Check-In
  • Reporting Location: The Residence, Grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi
  • Registration Counter Timings: From 08:30 hrs on 07 October 2025
  • Workshop Timings: 09:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs on 07-09 October 2025
• Conference Day Check-In
  • Reporting Location: Lulu Bolgatty International Convention Center (LBICC)
  • Registration Counter Timings: From 08:00 hrs on 10 October 2025
  • Conference Timings: 09:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs on 10–11 October 2025

CONFERENCE CHECK-IN AT HOTEL RECEPTION LOBBY

Special arrangements have been made for delegates staying at our partner hotel. A dedicated desk at the hotel reception lobby will deliver your Conference Badge and Delegate Kit/Swags. If you do not receive it at the hotel, you may collect it from the Kit Collection Counter at the conference venue.
