What is the refund policy for attendees?

Registration fees once paid are strictly non-refundable. Kindly verify all details before proceeding with payment.

Student Pass - Important Guidelines

All participants registered under the Student Pass must carry a valid original college ID card for the current academic year and present it at the registration desk.

Failure to produce a valid original ID will require the participant to pay the price difference and upgrade to an Individual or Corporate Pass (as applicable) at the registration desk.

Photocopies or attested copies of ID cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Student passes are primarily intended for full-time regular students, to provide them with concessional access to the conference.
  • Students enrolled in online, correspondence, or part-time courses are not eligible for student passes or discounts.
